Fairfax House is a contemporary residential project created by the design firm Nina Maya Interiors led by interior designer Nina Maya. The design of this project emphasizes the close connection between spatial quality and lifestyle. Through the delicate use of materials and precise spatial organization, it creates a modern living environment that combines elegant style with comfortable living conditions. The entire residence presents a simple and restrained design language, showcasing a calm and refined contemporary aesthetic orientation.

空间规划层面，设计团队通过开放式布局强化不同功能空间之间的联系，使客厅、餐厅与厨房形成连续而流动的公共生活区域。这种空间组织方式不仅增强了家庭成员之间的互动，也使室内环境在视觉上更加通透。设计强调自然采光的重要性，大面积开窗与玻璃界面使阳光充分进入室内，进一步提升了空间的明亮度与开放感。

At the level of space planning, the design team enhanced the connections between different functional spaces through an open layout, creating a continuous and flowing public living area for the living room, dining room and kitchen. This spatial organization not only strengthened the interaction among family members but also made the indoor environment visually more transparent. The design placed great emphasis on the importance of natural lighting, with large windows and glass interfaces allowing sunlight to fully enter the room, further enhancing the brightness and openness of the space.

材料与色彩的选择是该住宅的重要设计策略之一。整体以柔和的中性色调为主，辅以天然石材、木材及金属等材料，通过不同质感之间的对比与叠加，形成细腻而丰富的空间层次。定制家具与精选艺术品被谨慎地融入室内环境之中，使空间既具有设计统一性，也呈现出独特的个性表达。

The selection of materials and colors is one of the key design strategies for this residence. The overall design is dominated by soft neutral tones, complemented by natural stones, woods, and metals. Through the contrast and superimposition of different textures, it creates a delicate and rich spatial hierarchy. Custom-made furniture and selected artworks are carefully integrated into the interior environment, making the space both unified in design and presenting a unique individual expression.
