晨光穿过云杉林,薄雾轻抚着混凝土水磨石阶梯。台阶保留着当年的模样,表面温润,不见棱角,唯余时间打磨的朴素痕迹。微凉的空气里浮动着泥土与落叶的气息,由希腊建筑事务所 K-Studio 设计修复的建筑外墙石面在曦光中泛出朦胧光晕,仿佛正与这片土地轻声低语,诉说着从未中断的对话。
Morning light filters through the spruce forest, and a thin veil of mist brushes over the terrazzo concrete steps. The staircase remains as it once was—its surface gentle, edges softened, carrying only the humble traces left by time. In the cool air, the scent of soil and fallen leaves lingers. The stone façade, restored by the Greek architecture studio K-Studio, glows faintly in the dawn light, as though whispering to the land, continuing a dialogue that has never ceased.

                            
隐于伯罗奔尼撒半岛海拔 1500 米的密林深处,新古典主义的拱廊静静延伸,如同一道沉默的时光隧道,通往百年前的往事——这里曾是一座疗养院,贵族之女 Anna Mallá 为抚慰战后创伤的灵魂而建。她那母亲般的守护,为她获得了 “Mana” 的称谓——在希腊语中,这便是 “母亲”。而今,传奇沉淀为名字,“Manna” 既回响着这份母性的温暖,也织入了她名姓的印记。
Hidden deep within the 1,500-meter-high forests of the Peloponnese, the neoclassical colonnade stretches quietly, like a silent tunnel of time leading back to a century ago. This place was once a sanatorium, built by Anna Mallá, a noblewoman who wished to soothe the wounds left by war. Her protective, maternal spirit earned her the name “Mana”—meaning “mother” in Greek. Today, that legacy is embedded in the name “Manna,” echoing both her warmth and her lineage.

                            

                            
松林依旧,业主 Stratis Batayas 深受这片土地与往昔故事的触动,将建筑化身为 MANNA Hotel。它自此成为一处永恒的庇护所,让人情愿在此间迷失,而后,与更真实的自己重逢。
The pine forest remains unchanged. Moved by the land and its stories, the owner, Stratis Batayas, transformed the building into MANNA Hotel. It has since become a timeless refuge—where one loses oneself willingly, only to encounter a truer version of who they are.

                            
当 K-Studio 初次踏入这片秘境时,时间仿佛在此凝固。残缺的侧翼裸露在山风中,建筑的轮廓如同被巨斧劈开的神庙,风穿梭于石墙与空窗之间。面对这片被时光浸透的废墟, K-Studio 以“如手术般精准的介入”为理念,不执念于复原,而是选择唤醒建筑沉睡的灵魂。他们深入档案馆,追溯原始图纸,与考古部门密切协作,在每一道历史留痕之上,以当代语言重新诠释空间的形态与记忆。
When K-Studio first entered this hidden realm, time seemed frozen. The ruined wing lay exposed to the mountain winds, and the building’s silhouette resembled a temple split open by a giant axe. Wind wove through the stone walls and empty window frames. Faced with this time-soaked ruin, K-Studio approached with the idea of a “surgical intervention”—not to restore obsessively, but to awaken the spirit that lay dormant. They delved into archives, traced original drawings, and worked closely with archaeological authorities—reinterpreting spatial forms and memories in a contemporary architectural language, layered upon every historical trace.

K-Studio explained that they wanted the architecture to return to the land in the most sincere way—honest and pure, like breath. The restoration unfolded with the lightest touch: old materials were carefully preserved and given new life, while new materials were drawn almost entirely from the earth—stone from the mountains, chestnut wood from the forest—woven together with humble rhythm.

                            

                            
水磨石以当地碎石重新调配,原始楼梯被完整保留。那些无法挽留的预制构件,亦被精准复刻,让旧日的故事在新生的肌理中继续低语。

The terrazzo was remade using local stone fragments, and the original staircase was left intact. Prefabricated elements that could not be saved were precisely reproduced, allowing past stories to whisper again through renewed textures.
With a near-reverent step, we climbed the staircase that seemed capable of traversing time.

                            

                            
迎宾区不设传统前台,更像一座山间府邸的客厅,体现出希腊“宾至如归”的古老待客哲学。
大地色调静静弥漫,栗木、藤编、羊毛与亚麻织物以温暖的触感将人轻轻包裹。
The reception area has no conventional counter; it feels more like the living room of a mountain estate, embodying Greeces ancient philosophy of hospitality and “feeling at home.”

静坐于壁炉旁,望向窗外无边的山树林海,一场与世隔绝的疗愈之旅,自此悄然开始。

相邻的主厅层将公共区域延展为一处开阔的社交场域。酒吧区保留了昔日的药房木柜与繁复细木工艺,成为空间中最动人的叙事线索,映射着建筑作为疗养院的过往。
The main hall extends the public area into an open social domain. The bar preserves the old pharmacy cabinets and intricate woodwork—one of the most moving narrative threads, echoing the building

下沉区域设置了开放式厨房,以包容的姿态欢迎客人参与到美食创作的过程中。这一区域在历史上便承担着后勤服务的角色,如今依然延续着这一使命,让建筑在新旧交融中保持功能的连续与温度。
A sunken space houses an open kitchen, inviting guests to take part in the making of meals. Historically, this area served logistical functions, and today it extends that legacy—maintaining continuity and warmth between past and present.

                            

                            
主翼沿水平轴线舒展,一条通透的中央玻璃廊道将主翼与北翼轻盈划分。北翼曾几近坍塌, K-Studio 特意从附近山涧寻回同脉石料,将其精心镶嵌于残墙之中,使昔日的轮廓在当代重现。
我们止步于这条如同时空隧道的连廊,新旧石材交错层叠,感受着一部无声的年轮,诉说着修复的真意——不是覆盖过去,而是让不同时代的痕迹在此彼此凝视。
The main wing unfolds along a horizontal axis, lightly divided from the north wing by a transparent glass corridor. The north wing, once close to collapse, was rebuilt using stone sourced from the same geological vein nearby—set carefully into the remaining walls so the past silhouette could be reborn in the present. Standing in this corridor—like a tunnel of time—we felt the silent rings of history layered where old and new stone meet. It revealed the true essence of restoration: not to conceal the past, but to let traces of different eras quietly behold one another.

                            
三十二间客房安静地栖居于主楼上层,它们散布于新添的阁楼与重建后的北翼各层。我们步入 MANNA 套房,栗木的温润与大地色织物的柔软,在精妙的室内外尺度中交织,赋予空间一种沉静的私密感与朴素的诗意。
Thirty-two guestrooms rest quietly on the upper floors, distributed across the new attic and the rebuilt north wing. Entering the MANNA suite, we were met with warm chestnut wood and soft earthy textiles woven together across balanced indoor-outdoor proportions—bestowing a serene intimacy and humble poetry.

                            

                            

                            

                            
水磨石地面中镶嵌着片片大理石,不着痕迹地划分出不同功能的区域。石材的纹理从地面延伸至洗脸台面,彼此呼应,仿佛整个空间由同一块山石精心雕琢而成。
Terrazzo floors inlaid with marble gently delineate different functional zones. The stone grain flows from the floor to the washbasin top, creating a continuity that makes the room feel carved from a single mountain rock.
在每一扇房门入口处,房号被悄然镌刻于地板之上——当我们俯身细看,指尖轻抚那刻痕,仿佛触碰到一个专属于此的、沉默的空间印记,低调,却深刻入心。
At every doorway, the room number is subtly engraved into the floor—when we bent down to trace the carving, it felt like touching a quiet, personal mark of the space, understated yet deeply affecting.

                            

                            

                            
暮色漫入室内,将客厅染成一片温柔的蜜色。远山在窗框中渐渐沉入黛色轮廓,当都市的喧嚣终于在记忆里褪去,我们深陷于沙发柔软的怀抱,任由羊毛与皮革的温润包裹每一寸疲惫的神经——这一刻,像终于归返的旅人,在山的静默与物的抚慰中,卸下了整个世界的重量。
Dusk seeps into the room, tinting the living area with a tender honey glow. The distant mountains fade into an indigo silhouette.
