这套位于柏林普伦茨劳贝格的75平方米顶层公寓，由柏林建筑事务所布鲁兹库斯·格林伯格（Bruzkus Greenberg）完成整体改造。设计并未依赖新增墙体来重构平面，而是选择以色彩作为主要媒介，对空间关系进行重新梳理。合伙人彼得·格林伯格（Peter Greenberg）与埃斯特·布鲁兹库斯（Ester Bruzkus）联合设计师安娜·科佩伊娜（Anna Kopeina），在原本隔墙密集、自然采光不足的格局中，引入一处深蓝色定制木作体量，使其成为住宅内部新的组织核心。

This 75-square-meter top-floor apartment located in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, was completely renovated by the Berlin-based architectural firm Bruzkus Greenberg. The design did not rely on adding new walls to reconstruct the layout; instead, it chose to use color as the main medium to reorganize the spatial relationships. Partners Peter Greenberg and Esther Bruzkus, along with designer Anna Kopeina, introduced a deep blue custom wooden volume into the originally densely partitioned and naturally poorly lit space, making it the new organizational core of the interior of the residence.

该深蓝色木作将入口、餐椅卡座、储物系统及楼梯屏风等功能整合于一体，并刻意与既有墙面脱开布置，使室内动线得以围绕展开。在维持开放平面的同时，各功能区之间仍保持明确的界定。改造过程中，原本位于主要通行轴线、已失去使用意义的壁炉被整体移除，餐区随之取而代之，成为家庭活动的中心，也重新确立了室内的视觉焦点。

This deep blue wooden structure integrates functions such as the entrance, dining chair seating area, storage system and staircase screen into one. It is deliberately arranged separately from the existing walls, allowing the indoor flow to unfold freely. While maintaining an open layout, the various functional areas still maintain clear boundaries. During the renovation process, the fireplace, which was originally located on the main passageway and had lost its functionality, was completely removed. The dining area then took its place, becoming the center of family activities and re-establishing the visual focus of the interior.

在这套住宅中，色彩不再只是装饰性的存在，而被赋予接近结构层面的组织意义。浅蓝色天花贯穿起居、办公与睡眠区域，引导视线向上延伸，强化空间的纵向尺度；深蓝色木作则在平面层面串联各功能空间，形成稳定而集中的视觉锚点。木作采用染色工艺处理，而非覆盖式喷漆，保留清晰可辨的木纹肌理，使深色体量在理性控制之中仍呈现出细腻的材料质感。浅蓝色窗帘可完全隐藏于木作内部，在需要时为卧室提供灵活而柔性的分隔。

In this residence, color is no longer merely decorative but acquires organizational significance approaching that of the structural level. The light blue ceiling runs through the living, working and sleeping areas, guiding the line of sight upwards and reinforcing the vertical scale of the space; the dark blue woodwork connects the various functional spaces on the plane, forming a stable and concentrated visual anchor. The woodwork is treated with staining techniques rather than covered spray painting, preserving the clearly distinguishable wood grain texture, allowing the dark volume to present a delicate material texture within a rational control. The light blue curtains can be fully hidden within the woodwork, providing flexible and soft partitions for the bedroom when needed.

入口区域通过降低层高并辅以深色处理，营造出相对收敛的空间感受，随后迅速过渡至顶部设有天窗的明亮起居空间。这种由压缩到展开的空间转换，有效强化了居住者对尺度变化的感知。定制的索菲亚3000（Sophia 3000）黄色沙发由等宽等深的模块构成，配合可自由移动的圆柱形靠垫，在结构秩序与使用舒适之间取得平衡。室内通过同一蓝色体系的楼梯通向屋顶露台，色彩由深至浅逐级递进，最终与天空相接，形成一条连续而清晰的空间叙事路径。

The entrance area creates a relatively confined spatial feeling by lowering the ceiling height and applying dark treatment. It then smoothly transitions to the bright living space with a skylight at the top. This space transformation from compression to expansion effectively enhances the occupants perception of scale changes. The custom-made Sophia 3000 (Sophia 3000) yellow sofa is composed of modules of equal width and depth, paired with freely movable cylindrical cushions, achieving a balance between structural order and comfort. The interior is accessed via stairs of the same blue color system leading to the rooftop terrace. The color gradually changes from dark to light, eventually connecting with the sky, forming a continuous and clear spatial narrative path.
