位于巴黎第18区蒙马特高地的朱诺别墅（Villa Junot），是一座兼具历史厚度与戏剧张力的私人住宅式出租别墅。这里曾是20世纪法国歌剧作曲家安德烈·莫普雷（André Mauprey）的居所，建筑建于20世纪20年代，立面保留了典型的装饰艺术（Art Deco）气质，如今则由高端住宅品牌 Iconic House 重新启用，成为其在巴黎的首个项目。

The Villa Junot, located in the Montmartre Hill of the 18th district of Paris, is a private residential rental villa that combines historical depth and dramatic tension. It was once the residence of André Mauprey, a 20th-century French opera composer. The building was constructed in the 1920s and its facade retains the typical Art Deco style. Now, it has been reactivated by the high-end residential brand Iconic House and has become its first project in Paris.

别墅由 Iconic House 联合创始人罗宾·米歇尔（Robin Michel）与蒂博·埃尔齐耶（Thibaud Elzière）购入，并邀请室内设计事务所 Claves 主导改造。Claves 由劳蕾·格拉维耶（Laure Gravier）与索伊齐克·富热龙（Soizic Fougeront）创立，两人曾在皮埃尔·约瓦诺维奇（Pierre Yovanovitch）事务所共事。设计团队在深入查阅巴黎档案、研究原始图纸的基础上，引入电梯、水疗中心、泳池、土耳其浴、桑拿、健身房与专业厨房，使历史建筑与当代生活方式并置共存。

The villa was purchased by Robin Michel and Thibaud Elzière, co-founders of Iconic House, and was renovated by the interior design firm Claves. Claves was founded by Laure Gravier and Soizic Fougeront, who previously worked together at Pierre Yovanovitchs firm. The design team, after thoroughly reviewing Parisian archives and studying the original drawings, introduced features such as an elevator, spa, swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, gym, and professional kitchen, allowing the historical building to coexist alongside contemporary lifestyles.

空间叙事围绕三条线索展开：作曲家的音乐遗产、蒙马特与超现实主义的历史关联，以及装饰艺术时期的形式语言。设计以戏剧化的方式展开，每个空间如同舞台布景般逐一揭示。拱形灰泥、锻铁徽饰、壁画、马赛克、刺绣与定制地毯共同构建出一种介于理性秩序与荒诞想象之间的视觉体系。

The spatial narrative unfolds along three main threads: the composers musical legacy, the historical connection between Montmartre and Surrealism, and the formal language of the Art Deco period. The design unfolds in a dramatic manner, with each space revealing itself one by one like a stage set. Arched stucco, wrought iron ornaments, murals, mosaics, embroidery, and custom carpets together create a visual system that lies between rational order and absurd imagination.

其中，大客厅以双层挑高、室内阳台与原始灰泥浮雕为核心，酒红色定制地毯上织入莫普雷的乐谱片段，强化音乐与空间的隐秘联系。整座住宅的大量家具、窗帘与织物均由 Claves 定制完成，并与当地艺术家合作，包括彩色玻璃艺术家索菲·托波尔科夫（Sophie Toporkoff）、壁画艺术家加拉泰·马丁（Galatee Martin）以及蒙马特艺术家戈蒂耶·兰博（Gaultier Rimbault）。蜿蜒于四层之间的错视楼梯由毛罗·费雷拉（Mauro Ferreira）绘制，其透视效果与柔化的拱形结构共同营造出近乎超现实的空间体验。

Among them, the grand living room features a double-height ceiling, an indoor balcony, and original plaster relief as its core elements. A custom wine-red carpet incorporates fragments of the music score by Mompereire, strengthening the hidden connection between music and the space. A large number of furniture, curtains, and fabrics in the entire residence were custom-made by Claves and collaborated with local artists, including the color glass artist Sophie Toporkoff, the mural artist Galatee Martin, and the Montmartre artist Gaultier Rimbault. The illusionary staircase winding between the four floors was drawn by Mauro Ferreira. Its perspective effect and softened arched structure jointly create an almost surreal spatial experience.
