Casa da Praia住宅坐落于马略卡岛阿尔库迪亚海岸悬崖之上，由德国设计事务所霍尔茨劳施（Holzrausch）以富有实验性的手法焕新，呈现出一种将加州中世纪现代主义、巴西热带风情与墨西哥建筑色彩语言有机融合的独特居住体验。原本平淡的 80 年代度假屋，在此次改造中获得了全然不同的生命力。外立面以单一体块式的雕塑化形态出现，粗糙肌理的灰泥替代了原有的石材，使建筑在炽烈阳光下呈现出细腻的光影变化。泳池一隅色彩浓烈的户外淋浴墙面，则令人联想到墨西哥建筑大师路易斯·巴拉甘（Luis Barragán）在墨西哥城的住宅与工作室，赋予静谧海景以鲜明的情绪张力。

Casa da Praia, located on the cliffs of Alcudias coast in Mallorca, has been rejuvenated by the German design firm Holzrausch with an experimental approach, offering a unique living experience that organically blends Californian mid-century modernism, Brazilian tropical style, and Mexican architectural color language. The originally plain 1980s vacation home has been given a completely new lease of life in this renovation. The exterior facade appears in a monolithic sculptural form, with rough-textured stucco replacing the original stone, creating delicate play of light and shadow under the intense sunlight. The brightly colored outdoor shower wall in a corner of the pool evokes the residence and studio of Mexican architect Luis Barragán in Mexico City, adding a distinct emotional tension to the serene sea view.

设计团队保留了原有的两层结构与松木梁架，并在室内大量引入柚木，以构成壁板、橱柜与厨房家具的连续面。通过打开中央的假天花，使来自露台的自然光洒入原本幽暗的空间核心，使居室氛围更趋通透，并建立起与室外的强联动。色彩再次成为空间叙事的重要媒介：从结构的几何特征与屋主钟爱的拉丁美洲设计中汲取灵感，室内形成大胆而富有节奏的视觉语言。厨房以粉色门板与黄色高光吊顶构成的对比最为抢眼，中央岛台由热带木条构成，台面则由当地品牌 HUGUET 制作。

The design team retained the original two-story structure and pine beam frame, and introduced a large amount of teak wood indoors to form continuous surfaces for wall panels, cabinets and kitchen furniture. By opening the false ceiling in the center, natural light from the terrace spills into the formerly dark core of the space, making the living atmosphere more transparent and establishing a strong connection with the outdoors. Color once again becomes an important medium for spatial narrative: drawing inspiration from the geometric features of the structure and the owners love for Latin American design, a bold and rhythmic visual language is formed indoors. The kitchen stands out with the contrast of pink door panels and yellow high-gloss ceilings, and the central island is made of tropical wood strips, with the countertop produced by the local brand HUGUET.

家具选择融合国际经典与本地品牌，既随性又精致。Vibia 与 Marset 的柔和间接照明营造夜间光晕，Roche Bobois 的 Mah Jong 沙发为空间注入松弛姿态。浴室延续鲜明语汇，以 HUGUET 定制的水磨石台盆与富有纹理的瓷砖强化触感的层次。另一侧面向地中海的整幅落地滑窗连接深色木质露台，大尺度挑檐让户外休憩在夏季保持舒适，构成居者与海景之间最直接的日常关系。

The furniture selection combines international classics with local brands, presenting a casual yet refined style. The soft indirect lighting from Vibia and Marset creates a night glow, while the Mah Jong sofa from Roche Bobois infuses the space with a relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom continues the bold vocabulary, with HUGUETs custom terrazzo basin and textured tiles enhancing the tactile layers. The entire floor-to-ceiling sliding window facing the Mediterranean connects to the dark wooden terrace, and the large overhanging eaves ensure comfort for outdoor relaxation in summer, forming the most direct daily relationship between the occupants and the sea view.
