Dunes and Sands Residence 是由比利时室内建筑师阿尔扬·德·费特（Arjaan De Feyter）主导设计的一座海岸住宅，项目坐落于比利时北海沿岸的 Knokke-Heist。住宅以海岸沙丘景观为灵感，通过简洁而克制的建筑语言，将自然环境、艺术收藏与居住空间融为一体，使建筑既具有度假住宅的轻松氛围，也呈现出近似私人艺术馆的空间气质。

Dunes and Sands Residence is a coastal residence designed by Belgian interior architect Arjaan De Feyter. The project is located in Knokke-Heist on the Belgian North Sea coast. Inspired by the coastal dune landscape, the building uses a simple and restrained architectural language to integrate the natural environment, art collections, and living space, making the building not only have a relaxed atmosphere of a vacation home but also exhibit a space quality similar to a private art gallery.

整体构思上，设计延续了德·费特一贯强调材料与空间体验的设计方法。建筑外部以接近沙色的天然石材为主，呼应海岸沙丘的色调与质感，使体量在景观中显得低调而沉稳。自然石材的纹理与简洁几何形态共同构成建筑的视觉秩序，使住宅既具有现代主义的克制感，也保留与地域环境相协调的温和气质。

In terms of overall design concept, the project continues the design approach emphasized by De Fert, which focuses on the integration of materials and spatial experience. The exterior of the building is mainly composed of natural stone in a shade close to beige, echoing the color and texture of the coastal dunes, making the volume appear modest and stable in the landscape. The texture of the natural stone and the simple geometric forms together form the visual order of the building, giving the residence both a modernist restraint and a gentle temperament that is in harmony with the local environment.

室内空间以开放式布局为核心，通过弧形界面与连续空间组织形成流动的空间体验。设计团队在材料选择上强调触感与层次，例如天然石材、橡木饰面与金属元素的组合，使空间在视觉上保持克制的同时具备丰富的细节表达。旋转楼梯等结构性元素被处理成具有雕塑感的空间装置，使功能结构与艺术表达在空间中相互交织。

The interior space is centered around an open layout, and through curved interfaces and continuous space organization, it creates a flowing spatial experience. The design team emphasizes touch and texture in material selection, such as the combination of natural stone, oak finishes, and metal elements, which keeps the space visually restrained while presenting rich details. Structural elements like the rotating staircase are treated as spatial installations with a sculptural quality, allowing the functional structure and artistic expression to interweave in the space.

住宅景观由景观设计师多米尼克·伊曼（Dominique Eeman）参与设计，通过草地、灌木与步道的组合形成自然且克制的花园环境。建筑与景观之间保持连续而开放的关系，使居住者在日常活动中能够不断感知海岸自然与艺术作品之间的联系，从而构建出一种介于居住、展览与沉思之间的生活体验。

The residential landscape was designed by landscape architect Dominique Eeman. It creates a natural and restrained garden environment through the combination of grasslands, shrubs and walkways. The building and the landscape maintain a continuous and open relationship, allowing residents to constantly perceive the connection between the coastal nature and the artworks during their daily activities, thereby constructing a life experience that lies between residence, exhibition and contemplation.
