Cave_in虫洞,一家位于杭州的精酿吧,老板从英国留学回归,延续了当代年轻群体热衷的“日咖夜酒”模式。空间汲取“坍缩、凹陷”的概念,作为品牌构建的索引,传递人与空间接触的最初形态,以此直观显现时间轴线,介于虚拟和现实之间,完成时空无限延展的构想。
Cave_in, a craft beer bar located in Hangzhou, was founded by its owner who returned from studying in the UK. It continues the popular day coffee, night wine trend among contemporary young people. The space draws inspiration from the brands concept of collapse and depression, using it as an index for form construction, connecting people with the initial form of space, and visually presenting the timeline, positioned between virtuality and reality, fulfilling the concept of infinite expansion of time and space.
设计为这处商业空间附着一层更有温度的觉察力,意式古典融入框架、造型与肌理的层次构建中,铺陈极简裸感美学,以一种温柔的方式,规划复古与现世交织。
Designer adds a layer of more empathetic perception to this alternative world creation. Italian classicism is integrated into the layered construction of the frame, shape, and texture, presenting a minimalist, nude aesthetic, and planning the interweaving of vintage and modernity in a gentle manner.
入门以立体思维塑形,在建筑体的厚度中内嵌金属门框,让原始肌理和复古形体相融,节奏轻盈且克制。藉由这场界面的构建,可一步化境,内外形成独立的世界亦能互相穿透。
The entryway is shaped with a three-dimensional mindset, embedding metal door frames within the thickness of the building, blending the original texture with the retro form, creating a light and restrained rhythm. Through the construction of this interface, one can transcend to a new realm, where the interior and exterior form independent worlds that can penetrate each other.
顺应建筑与自然的思维逻辑,通过框架、构图、肌理启示视觉感官,暗喻时间叙事。光影作为纪述媒介,通过四时的流动产生变换、延伸,回溯到古老文明的计时秩序,尽显亘古与深沉,空间逐渐从理性归于神性。
Following the logical thinking of architecture and nature, the visual senses are inspired through framing, composition, and texture, metaphorically conveying the narrative of time. Light and shadow, as narrative media, undergo transformations and extensions through the flow of the four seasons, tracing back to the ancient civilizations timing order, fully exhibiting the eternal and profound. The space gradually transitions from rationality to divinity.
复古做旧的艺术漆重构中世纪底色,vintage 风格的陈设和金属材质互相折衷,在新与旧的痕迹之间,缓缓述说着复古未来主义的幻想——坍塌、融合,彼此共存。
The retro and aged art paint reconstructs the medieval eras underlying color, and the vintage-style furnishings and metal materials compromise with each other, slowly narrating the fantasy of retro-futurism between the traces of the new and the old - collapsing, merging, and coexisting with each other.
运营区围绕咖啡和精酿吧两大功能体系,顺势延展动线流向。基于日夜切换的场景逻辑,设计统筹两套灯光系统:一方面作为明线,吸引着人在空间中行为的动线;另一方面作为暗线,牵引氛围感从暗环境中浮出,加深时空切换的心理烙印,实现空间无限的可能性。
The operational area revolves around two major functional systems: coffee and craft bar, extending the flow line naturally. Based on the scene logic of day and night switching, two sets of lighting systems are designed and coordinated: on the one hand, as a bright line, it attracts peoples behavior flow in the space; on the other hand, as a dark line, the atmosphere emerges from the dark environment, deepening the psychological imprint of space-time switching and realizing infinite possibilities of space.
设计在搭建硬装基底时,注重材质与现代块面的连接组合,借光驱使不同明暗度的色块形态,任由复古和创新碰撞出新的场域感受。咖啡区切割出高级灰的棱角,混凝土的粗粝表面结合形体构造,增强视觉的凹凸结构,回应体块存在的力量。
When designing and constructing the hard decoration base, we focus on the connection and combination of materials with modern block surfaces. We utilize light and shadow to create different shades of color blocks, allowing a collision between vintage and innovation to evoke a new sense of place. The coffee area is cut into high-end gray angles, and the rough surface of concrete combines with the form to enhance the visual bump structure, echoing the power of the existing blocks.
作为提供精品鲜酿的 taproom,操作台定制不锈钢金属酒箱,材质的分割也让线条和轮廓逐渐明晰,硬装结构的识别度因此更加强烈,达成商业逻辑与秩序精神的统一。
As a taproom offering premium freshly brewed beverages, the customized stainless steel metal wine boxes on the operating counter, coupled with the segmentation of materials, gradually clarify the lines and contours, enhancing the recognizability of the hard decoration structure, thus achieving the unity of commercial logic and orderly spirit.
混凝土、胡桃木、做旧漆面与金属置入完整的结构体系中,引入复古精细的雕刻,透过粗野主义的表象,在理性的空间实体中隐藏温润诗意的存在,予人真实的触觉感知。
Concrete, walnut wood, distressed paint finishes, and metal are integrated into a complete structural system, incorporating vintage and intricate carvings. Behind the rough-hewn appearance lies a rational spatial entity that subtly hints at a warm and poetic existence, offering a genuine tactile experience.
柱体外围包裹镜面,向四面散射空间的延伸感,更显通透宽阔。当自然光随时间缓缓褪去,精确而克制的人工光则让空间呈现出高浓度的情绪氛围,在不同时段展现出多样表情,意在打破自然规律,触发个性创意。
The exterior of the column is wrapped in a mirror-like finish, extending the sense of space scattering in all directions, making it appear more transparent and spacious. As natural light gradually fades away with time, precise and restrained artificial light brings a high-concentration emotional atmosphere to the space, exhibiting diverse expressions at different times, aiming to break natural laws and trigger individual creativity.
光影交错下,人们穿行其间,环境与情绪一起微醺,迷离且梦幻。
Amidst the interplay of light and shadow, people move about, and the environment and emotions together create a slightly intoxicated, blurred, and dreamlike atmosphere.
The door, which concerns boundaries, is the necessary medium for traversing through space.
空间末端设置一个隔离装置,极简的欧式门框内置隐形门,不锈钢描摹着幻影色彩,似神秘的虫洞一般,让进入更具仪式感。此时此刻,时空和光影一同流动,越来越趋近于空间的核心本体,去探究未知却存在的奥秘,空间主旨呼之欲出。
An isolation device is set at the end of the space, with an ultra-minimalist European door frame housing an invisible door. The stainless steel evokes phantom hues, resembling a mysterious wormhole, lending a sense of ritual to entry. At this moment, time, space, and light flow together, drawing closer and closer to the core essence of the space, delving into the unknown yet existent mysteries, and the theme of the space is palpable.
从空间的运营思维出发,设计之初就考量到分散与聚集的人群形态,希望座位区可以满足不同人数的组合。设置随性的休闲区、散座和长桌区域,兼具开放性和复合性,达成更灵活的可变方式。
From an operational perspective, the design takes into account the dispersed and clustered crowd patterns from the outset, aiming to accommodate various group sizes. Casual leisure areas, scattered seating, and long table areas are established, combining openness and versatility to create a more flexible and adaptable layout.
在复古美学的索引之下,空间的形、色、质得到了统一。仿佛回到造物之初,每一处动线都掩藏着自然的流动,每一缕光影承载着能量的余温。在此停留、放空,感知神圣。
Under the index of retro aesthetics, the form, color, and quality of the space are unified. It seems as if we have returned to the beginning of creation, where every moving line conceals the flow of nature, and every ray of light and shadow carries the warmth of energy. Staying here, letting go, and touching the sacredness.
坍塌、穿越,转而新生。人们对这个空间抱有复古与未来交织的复杂想象,物理与意识得到平衡的同时被赋予张力,皆被转译为时空无限延展的节奏。在自然与光的舒缓中,一起触摸这份与众不同的温度。
Collapsing, traversing, and reborn, this space evokes a complex imagination that intertwines the retro and the future. As physicality and consciousness find a balance, they are simultaneously imbued with tension, all of which is translated into the rhythm of infinite expansion of time and space. Amidst the soothing embrace of nature and light, one can sense this distinctive warmth.
