Darling Point 顶层公寓位于澳大利亚悉尼海港一线，是一处兼具城市气质与私密格调的精致住宅。在为业主位于鲍勒尔的乡村住宅进行设计的同时，设计师格雷格·纳塔莱（Greg Natale）受邀主导这座城市居所，作为业主在乡间住宅大规模翻修期间的临时之家。公寓本身经过翻新，坐拥开阔的港湾景观，具备良好的建筑基础与空间条件。

The top-floor apartment in Darling Point is located along the Sydney Harbour in Australia. It is a refined residence that combines urban charm with a private atmosphere. While designing the rural residence of the owner in Baller, designer Greg Natale was invited to take the lead on this city residence, serving as the temporary home for the owner during the extensive renovation of the rural property. The apartment itself has been renovated and enjoys an expansive harbour view, with excellent architectural foundation and spatial conditions.

基于业主对高品质生活方式的偏好，格雷格·纳塔莱以“克制的优雅”为核心策略介入设计。整体改造并未追求颠覆性重构，而是通过材质、比例与细节的精准强化，使空间在原有框架之上获得更高层次的表达。公共区域以沉稳而克制的基调为主，通过高光泽饰面与精致用材提升空间质感。厨房中铺设的 Palladio 大理石瓷砖形成鲜明对比，成为视觉焦点。卧室则选用通铺的丝质竹纤维地毯，营造柔和而奢雅的私密氛围。

Based on the owners preference for a high-quality lifestyle, Greg Natale adopted moderate elegance as the core strategy for the design. The overall renovation did not aim for a radical reconfiguration; instead, it achieved a higher level of expression within the existing framework through precise reinforcement of materials, proportions, and details. The public areas were dominated by a calm and restrained tone, enhanced by high-gloss finishes and exquisite materials to elevate the spaces texture. The Palladio marble tiles laid in the kitchen formed a striking contrast, becoming the visual focal point. The bedrooms featured a continuous silk bamboo fiber carpet, creating a soft and luxurious private atmosphere.

三间浴室被重新设计，并各自引入不同风格的玻璃马赛克瓷砖，使其成为富有包裹感与触觉层次的独立空间，与相对内敛的起居区域形成张力上的平衡。低矮比例的意大利家具顺应现代公寓的空间尺度，在简洁线条中注入从容与舒适，使整座顶层住宅在精致、当代与都市生活之间取得自然的协调。

The three bathrooms were redesigned and each was furnished with different styles of glass mosaic tiles, creating independent spaces that are rich in a sense of enclosure and tactile layers. These spaces balance the tension with the relatively restrained living area. The low-profile Italian furniture conforms to the space scale of the modern apartment, infusing a sense of composure and comfort into the simple lines, achieving a natural harmony between the refined, contemporary, and urban lifestyle of the entire top-floor residence.
