This townhouse in the Upper East Side of New York was designed by the renowned architect Greg Natale, presenting an indoor style as rich and diverse as the city itself. Originally a mixed-use building for commercial and residential purposes, after the ingenious renovation by the designer, it has now become a four-story mansion, paying tribute to the owners global travel experiences and art collection. In terms of exterior design, to highlight the solemnity of the red brick facade, which is a hallmark of classic New York residences, the designer specially restored the original double-door entrance, making the building more historically and realistically appealing.

The interior design fully reflects the owners love for Italy and Paris, being both fashionable and full of cultural charm. In the living room, carefully selected antiques and 20th-century design works are displayed, accompanied by custom finishes, perfectly combining art and craftsmanship. A paper bouquet pendant lamp handmade by Crizu stands out as the highlight, contrasting with the bold style of the entire residence through its soft materials.

Marble is the core element of the design. All the marble is sourced from Italy and is meticulously installed by Italian stone masons who flew in specially. Every detail reflects superb craftsmanship and elegant taste. Since the owner spends half of the year in Italy, they hope to incorporate the artistic atmosphere of their second home into the house, making the residence a tribute to the craftsmanship of Italy. In terms of color, the designer uses pink and green as the main tones, drawing inspiration from the extreme modernist style of Paris. Through the rich color transitions, a full and vivid visual effect is created.

The first floor of the residence is designed as an art school, reflecting the owners passion for art education. This area serves as both a space for creation and display, and also adds inspiration to daily life, making the residence not only a place for living but also a practical venue for the interaction of art and design. The entire residence has a sense of history while also being filled with modern artistic atmosphere, creating a space where living, collecting, and creating are perfectly integrated.
