The ground floor of the courtyard villa, designed around the concept of a MODERN EDEN, lets greenery and light interweave and spread,creating a sensory-rich immersive spacewhere residents unwind and return to the essence of life.

首层起居室浸染香槟暖调，弧形沙发如塞纳河畔流淌的波影舒展，轻巧茶几点缀其间，浅暖的色调与细腻丰富的材质肌理交织，复古艺术陈设与自然花艺穿插而立，悄然将生活的慵懒与浪漫表白。

The ground-floor living room is bathed in a champagne warm glow.The curved sofa unfolds like the rippling waves shimmering along the SEINE RIVER.A sleek tea table adorns the space.Soft warm tones interweave with rich, delicate textures of materials.Vintage artistic furnishings and natural floral arrangements are scattered throughout.Quietly, it speaks the languor and romance of life.

设计以多面向视觉中心的布局展开，让居者无论从哪个方位落座，皆可捕捉富有层次的空间画境。壁炉作为法式设计的标志性元素，静置于楼梯侧畔，与楼梯间壁画相互映衬，形成视觉焦点。不仅增添了空间的温度，火焰摇曳间，亦将光影晕染。

The design unfolds with a multi-faceted, view-centric layout,allowing residents to capture the layered spatial vistas, no matter where they take a seat. As an iconic element of FRENCH-STYLE DESIGN, the fireplacerests quietly beside the staircase,echoing the mural in the stairwell to form a striking visual focal point. It not only adds a cozy warmth to the space,but also bathes the area in flickering light and shadow as the flames dance gently.

起居室毗邻的餐厅，以效率与美学共融的哲学展开。半开放式餐厨空间自然衔接，玻璃移门轻启之间，忙碌的烹饪身影隐约可见，动静皆成景。宽阔的西厨岛台与餐桌穿插结合，餐区两侧内嵌的电器柜、酒水柜与水吧台，结构利落，开合有序富于韵律，构筑出功能与视觉兼具的现代用餐场景。

The dining room adjacent to the living roomembodies a perfect blend of efficiency and aesthetics. The semi-open kitchen-dining space connects naturally;as the glass sliding door glides open,the busy cooking figure comes into faint view, turning every moment into a charming scene. The spacious WESTERN-STYLE KITCHEN ISLAND integrates with the dining table.On both sides, built-in appliance cabinets, liquor cabinets and beverage countersboast neat structures and rhythmic layouts,creating a modern dining scene that balances functionality and visual appeal.

餐桌之上，花簇灿漫，法式茶点精致陈列。空气中弥散着淡茶香薰与花香，宛若塞纳河畔浪漫的午后时光。设计将生活质感、身份圈层，溶于陈设的细腻构思之中。

Blooming floral clusters adorn the dining table,with exquisite FRENCH-STYLE refreshments artfully arranged. The air is infused with the delicate scent of tea aromatherapy and flowers,evoking a romantic afternoon by the SEINE RIVER. This design weaves life texture and elite identityinto the meticulous details of the furnishings.

主卧以套房形式展开，衣帽间、主卫与睡眠区从容相连又彼此独立。舒缓的米白色调在暖光下铺陈慵懒轮廓，陈设强调柔和的曲线，轻盈而细节充沛，营造低调浪漫的情致体验。

The master bedroom unfolds as a suite,with the walk-in closet, master bathroom and sleeping area connected seamlessly yet independently defined. Soft off-white tones, bathed in warm light, cast a cozy aura.Furnishings feature gentle curves—lightweight yet rich in details,creating an understatedly romantic ambience.

窗下绿植舒展枝叶，成为人与自然相接的静谧角落，柔软的滩羊毛沙发，一几一书一物，与光影共同流淌出惬意慢生活的画面。

负一层独立玄关开启归家序章，宁静雅致氛围，定调此层东方意境。楼梯之下水松静立，木质香氛温润萦绕，让推门而入的每一刻，皆化为一场融入自然与诗意的典雅仪式。

The independent foyer on the lower ground floor ushers in the homecoming ritual.Its serene and elegant ambiance sets the tone for the floor’s ORIENTAL CHARM. Beneath the staircase stands a Chinese swamp cypress in tranquil repose,with the soft, woody fragrance lingering gently.Every moment upon stepping through the doortranscends into an elegant ceremony blending nature and poetry.

负一层休闲客厅与红酒水吧相连，居于其他地下各功能区的中心位置，紧邻楼梯间水松造景。微弧沙发围合出舒适核心，墨绿色真丝绒单椅流溢深邃光泽。金色竹节茶几，与楼梯间的水松呼应，精巧植入的中式元素，让东西美学的微妙碰撞，构筑独特的空间气质。

The lower-ground recreational living room connects to the wine bar,nestled at the core of basement functional zones,right beside the staircase’s cypress feature. A softly curved sofa forms a cozy hub;dark emerald velvet armchairs glow with deep luster.The gold bamboo-patterned coffee table echoes the cypress.Subtly integrated CHINESE DESIGN ELEMENTScreate a unique vibe through the delicate blend of Eastern and Western aesthetics.

此间多功能室紧邻休闲厅，以两个空间共用的壁炉为视觉焦点，半开放的姿态，营造流动的社交氛围。

空间陈设空间以下午茶聚会闲叙、手作、花艺与陪伴阅读为主题，打破单一功能束缚，意在启发地下层的多元使用可能。原创定制竹结造型的大长桌，用温润木质台面织就岁月肌理，专属底座造型呼应茶室的清雅。桌端那捧浓烈红色花艺，出自女主人之手，成为每一次相聚中，颇有情趣的视觉焦点。

Designed for afternoon tea gatherings, handicrafts, flower arranging and companion reading, the space breaks the bounds of single functionality,inspiring diverse ways to use the lower level.

The original custom-made bamboo-knot long tableboasts a warm wooden surface that exudes the texture of time,its bespoke base echoing the TEA ROOM’s elegance. The striking bouquet of red flowers at the table’s end, crafted by the hostess,becomes a delightful visual highlight at every gathering.

茶室一侧，透过玻璃移门联通一方小巧冥想室，墨竹画作悬于壁间，素净小桌静立其中，两席圆蒲垫相对而置。于此，在静谧与留白之间，思绪沉淀，照见内心。

Adjacent to the TEA ROOM, a compact meditation space connects via a glass sliding door.An ink bamboo painting hangs on the wall, a neat small table stands quietly inside,with two round rush cushions facing each other. Here, amid tranquility and negative space,thoughts settle and the inner self comes to light.

棋牌室内，灯光自弧形天花倾洒，铺展出一室鎏金暖影。绯红单椅与莹白沙发相映成趣，奢雅层次在明暗交织中跃动，空间萦绕着棋牌娱乐特有的热烈与生动。

In the GAME ROOM, light cascades from the curved ceiling,casting the space in a warm, gilded glow. Crimson armchairs complement the bright white sofa,luxurious layers dancing between light and shadow.The room hums with the unique vibrancy and liveliness of card and board games.

从棋牌室及休闲厅都可步入的下沉庭院，堪称地下一层的布局巧思。自然光经由玻璃天窗温柔渗入，在质朴粗犷的卵石地面透射光影，与四周萦绕的绿意相拥。空间流转着自然生机，身心在此不自觉舒展，时光也仿佛放缓了脚步。

The sunken courtyard, accessible from both the GAME ROOM and lounge,is a masterstroke of the lower-ground floor layout. Natural light filters gently through the glass skylight,casting dappled shadows across the rustic pebble floorand embracing the surrounding greenery. The space hums with natural vitality.Body and mind unwind effortlessly here, as time seems to slow down.

夹层另一侧，是家中热力流淌的音乐聚场。幻彩霓虹灯晕染出梦境般的光泽，架子鼓静踞地毯中央，壁龛内陈列着收藏级吉他。这里是一处全家共悦的声光天地，其相对封闭而独立的位置，亦成就了地下空间动静相宜的呼吸感。

On the other side of the mezzanine lies the home’s vibrant music hub.Dazzling neon lights cast a dreamlike glow,a drum kit rests quietly at the center of the carpet,and collectible guitars are displayed in wall niches. This is a sensational audio-visual haven for the whole family.Its enclosed, independent locationalso lends the lower-level space a perfect balance of dynamism and tranquility.
