Maison Oyat由法国设计师约瑟芬·福西（Joséphine Fossey）主导设计，以一种沉静而笃定的气质，重新诠释了卡普费雷（Cap Ferret）的海岸精神。作为 Beauvallon 集团推出的首个待客住宅，项目扎根于大西洋沿岸的自然景观之中，平衡了家庭生活的舒适感与社交场景的开放性。住宅坐落于海洋、沙丘与海湾的交汇处，一个开放的起居体量将聚会、休憩与日常放松自然融合。五间明亮的套房环绕于核心空间之外，花园与泳池层层展开，延伸出一种流动的生活深度。

Maison Oyat was led and designed by French designer Josephine Fossey. With a calm and determined temperament, it reinterprets the coastal spirit of Cap Ferret. As the first guest residence launched by the Beauvallon Group, the project is rooted in the natural landscape along the Atlantic coast, balancing the comfort of family life with the openness of social scenarios. The residence is located at the confluence of the ocean, sand dunes and the bay. An open living volume naturally integrates gatherings, relaxation and daily relaxation. Five bright suites surround the core space, with gardens and swimming pools unfolding layer by layer, extending a flowing depth of life.

The central sculptural fireplace serves as the spiritual axis of the space, gently connecting the living area with the open kitchen. The long-shaped travertine dining table forms a visual and social focal point, creating an atmosphere that strikes a balance between composure and intimacy. The full-height Windows bring in the coastal light and gentle breeze, making nature a lasting backdrop for the residence. The architectural plan takes "connection" and "tranquility" as the core threads, creating a spacious yet restrained spatial scale.

在材质运用上，Maison Oyat 体现出一种诚实的节制。浅色木饰面、矿物质肌理，以及从米白到深褐的柔和色谱，呼应了沙粒、岩石与风化木的自然气息。触觉成为设计的隐形主线——表面处理不为装饰，而为回应沿海气候的变化，让材料在岁月中优雅老化。

In terms of material application, Maison Oyat demonstrates an honest restraint. The light wood veneer, mineral texture, and soft color spectrum ranging from off-white to dark brown echo the natural scents of sand, rocks and weathered wood. Touch becomes the invisible main thread of design - surface treatment is not for decoration, but to respond to the changes in coastal climate, allowing materials to age gracefully over time.

设计中流露出对殖民时期美学的温和回望——古董家具、手工艺器物与珍藏物件交织出层次丰富的叙事，令空间既有地方的温度，也蕴含全球化的视野与记忆感。当地工匠参与了木作、石材与饰面的定制制作，展现出对工艺精度与手感质地的尊重。洞石的天然纹理、浅木的年轮、矿物涂层的粉质深度，共同塑造出一个扎实、感性而纯粹的空间体验，呼应 Maison Oyat 的精神内核——安静、真实、且深具触感。

The design reveals a gentle look back at the aesthetics of the colonial period - antique furniture, handcrafted objects and cherished items interweave to create a richly layered narrative, giving the space both the warmth of the place and a global perspective and sense of memory. Local artisans participated in the custom production of woodwork, stone and finishes, demonstrating respect for the precision of craftsmanship and the texture and feel. The natural texture of traverstone, the growth rings of shallow wood, and the powdery depth of mineral coating jointly shape a solid, sensual and pure spatial experience, echoing the spiritual core of Maison Oyat - quiet, real and deeply tactile.
