This 465㎡ lower penthouse on the 48th floor of The Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles Beach, designed by Jessica Jaegger, is a vacation retreat for a Brazilian tech entrepreneur and his wife. Jaegger, also from Rio de Janeiro, took their shared Brazilian roots as the design core, weaving personal memories and tropical charm into every corner, making the space a emotional extension of their homeland.

这套位于丽思卡尔顿阳光岛滩 48 层的顶层公寓，面积 465 平方米，由杰西卡・贾格尔设计，是巴西科技企业家夫妇的度假居所。同为里约热内卢人的贾格尔，以双方共有的巴西文化根源为设计核心，将个人记忆与热带风情融入每个角落，让空间成为业主故土情感的延伸。

To echo the clients desire for Brazilian tropical style, Jaegger used natural materials like wood, stone and fibers. Neutral surfaces are brightened with vibrant pops of color, while bronze and brass details add elegance. Palm tree-inspired motifs subtly appear in decorations, creating a relaxed beach house vibe without losing sophistication, balancing tropical warmth and luxury.

为呼应业主对巴西热带风格的追求，贾格尔选用木材、石材、纤维等天然材质。中性底色上点缀鲜活亮色，青铜与黄铜细节增添精致感。棕榈树元素巧妙融入装饰中，营造出海滩住宅的松弛氛围，却不失格调，实现了热带暖意与奢华感的平衡。

The penthouse underwent major renovations: the master bathroom layout was adjusted, a suspended Futuro Futuro range hood with shelves was installed, and a glass wine cellar was added. The biggest challenge was installing 185㎡ white oak slatted ceilings—original slabs were demolished and the structure reinforced, ensuring safety while achieving a cohesive, natural aesthetic.

公寓经历了大幅改造：调整主卧浴室布局，安装带展示架的悬浮式 Futuro Futuro 抽油烟机，增设玻璃酒窖。最大挑战是铺设 185 平方米的白橡木条天花板 —— 拆除原有楼板并加固结构，在保障安全的同时，实现了整体统一的自然美学效果。

Italian Santa Caterina travertine floors lay a neutral foundation for furniture from top brands like Brazil’s ETEL and Italy’s Minotti. The owners’ art collection, including works by Manolo Valdés and Carlos Cruz-Diez, injects exclusivity. Each piece interacts with the space, blending functional furniture with art to elevate the penthouse’s taste.

意大利圣卡塔琳娜石灰华地板，为巴西 ETEL、意大利 Minotti 等顶级品牌家具奠定中性基底。业主收藏的马诺洛・巴尔德斯、卡洛斯・克鲁兹 - 迪亚斯等艺术家的作品，赋予空间独特性。每件物品与空间互动，功能性家具与艺术融合，提升了公寓的格调。

This sky-high retreat merges Brazilian culture with Florida’s scenic views. Every design choice, from materials to art, reflects the residents’ lifestyle. Standing here, one can feel the warmth of Brazilian traditions and enjoy the stunning southern Florida scenery, making the penthouse not just a living space, but a place where culture, emotions and nature coexist.
