In keeping with his distinctive design style, Francesc Rifé designed the R Apartment on the ground floor of La Finca Roja, an important building in Valencia, using some of the buildings most prominent features, such as the red bricks and the various mosaic tiles that shape the floor.

House for Eva

Behind an existing open space in East Brunswick, House for Eva became a study in spatial layout and ergonomic efficiency. The 8 metre wide by 11 metre deep site required elements to be tied together and the plot on which House for Eva sits, formerly all adjoining gardens, was given a second life.

MRTN Architects worked with an enthusiastic client to design and build a home for her and her daughter, transforming the cramped and challenging site into a series of work areas. The space not only provides them with a private and protected home, but also allows for income generation through a rentable additional dwelling.

Madison House is the latest in a series of luxury residential developments in New York and the tallest of its kind in Manhattans NoMad neighbourhood. Designed by multidisciplinary design practice Gachot for developers JD Carlisle Development and Fosun International Ltd, the interior design combines minimalism and sophistication in harmony with the building as a whole.
