Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, we always long for a pure land where our souls can rest, a home full of warmth and vitality. When you open the window, its not the misty mountain city, but as if the California sunshine and relaxation have been packaged and flown in by air - this is this private residence of Chongqing Vanke 17 Miles, designed by Ren Ran, who interprets the living philosophy of planting California sunshine into life for us.

“松弛与精致感兼备”的独特理念，在这个住宅项目中，巧妙地平衡了理性与感性。摒弃了过度繁杂的设计元素，以简洁的线条、自然的材质和温暖的色彩，勾勒出空间的基础框架。就像加州那开阔的海岸线与湛蓝的天空，给予居住者无尽的遐想与自由生活的可能。

The designer still adheres to the unique concept of combining relaxation and refinement, and in this residential project, has ingeniously balanced rationality and sensibility. Abandoning overly complex design elements, it Outlines the basic framework of the space with simple lines, natural materials and warm colors. Just like Californias vast coastline and azure sky, they offer residents endless reverie and the possibility of a free life.

一踏入这个家，就能感受到它与自然的紧密连接。下沉式庭院宛如一个秘密花园，潺潺的水景与葱郁的绿植相互交织，奏响自然的乐章。在这里，四季更迭都能带来不同的景致，春天的繁花似锦，夏天的绿树成荫，秋天的金黄落叶，冬天的静谧安宁，每一刻都是生活的馈赠。

As soon as you step into this home, you can feel its close connection with nature. The sunken courtyard is like a secret garden, where the gurgling water features and lush green plants interweave, playing a symphony of nature. Here, the changing of the four seasons brings different scenes: the blooming flowers in spring, the shady green trees in summer, the golden fallen leaves in autumn, and the peaceful tranquility in winter. Every moment is a gift from life.

客厅与户外露台通过大面积的玻璃移门无缝衔接，模糊了室内外的界限。当门打开，微风拂面，带着自然的清新气息，仿佛瞬间置身于加州的海滨别墅。坐在客厅的沙发上，就能欣赏到庭院中的美景，与自然亲密对话。每一个房间都精心设计了观景窗，将室外的绿意引入室内，让居住者无论身处何处，都能与自然相拥，感受加州阳光般的温暖与活力。

The living room and the outdoor terrace are seamlessly connected by large glass sliding doors, blurring the boundary between the interior and exterior. When the door opened, a gentle breeze caressed the face, carrying the fresh scent of nature, as if one were instantly transported to a seaside villa in California. Sitting on the sofa in the living room, one can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the courtyard and have an intimate conversation with nature. Each room is carefully designed with a viewing window, bringing the greenery from outside into the interior, allowing residents to embrace nature and feel the warmth and vitality of Californias sunshine no matter where they are.

这个家是为居住者量身定制的生活容器，女主人作为舞蹈艺术家，通透的客厅则成为了她的专属舞台。阳光透过大窗洒在她旋转的裙角，每一个舞姿都与自然共舞，充满了艺术的张力。

This home is a tailor-made living container for the residents. As a dance artist, the female homeowners spacious living room has become her exclusive stage. Sunlight streamed through the large window, bathing her swirling skirt hem. Every dance move was in harmony with nature, brimming with artistic tension.

阳光漫过中庭的树，碎成一地温柔。孩子与老公在砾石小径玩闹，笑声撞在墙上，又弹进厨房。我翻炒着生活的烟火，偷眼望那幅鲜活画面，树影轻晃，连饭菜都沾了幸福的香，这方小天地，把平凡日子酿成诗

The sunlight spread over the trees in the atrium, shattering into a ground of tenderness. The child and the husband were playing along the gravel path. Their laughter hit the wall and bounced into the kitchen. I stir-fry the hustle and bustle of life, stealing a glance at that vivid scene. The tree shadows sway gently, and even the food is tinged with the fragrance of happiness. This little world turns ordinary days into poetry.

待树开花之时，香气漫过砾石。与闺蜜小聚，看花瓣落在肩头，树影筛着阳光，说不尽的闲话，在这静美里慢慢漾，原来美好，是有树、有友、有花开花落的时光

When the tree blossoms, the fragrance spreads over the gravel. Having a get-together with my best friend, I watched petals fall on my shoulders, and the tree shadows filtered through the sunlight. Endless idle talk slowly rippled in this serene beauty. It turns out that beauty lies in the time with trees, friends, and the blooming and withering of flowers.

无论是与家人共度温馨的时光，还是与朋友欢聚一堂，这个家都能提供最合适的空间，让生活充满欢乐与温暖。

细节里的加州风情

从材质的选择到色彩的搭配，每一个细节都透露着浓浓的加州风情。原木梁顶、亚麻布艺和赤陶色瓷砖，营造出温暖而质朴的氛围，仿佛能感受到加州阳光的温度。藤编椅、砾石小径等元素，让人仿佛置身于洛杉矶山谷的度假胜地，享受着悠闲的时光。

From the selection of materials to the combination of colors, every detail exudes a strong California flavor. The log beam roof, linen fabric and terracotta tiles create a warm and simple atmosphere, as if one could feel the temperature of the California sun. Elements such as rattan chairs and gravel paths make one feel as if they were in a resort in the Los Angeles Valley, enjoying a leisurely time.

红色元素的巧妙运用，为整个空间注入了热情与活力。浴室的红釉浴缸、廊道的红玻璃隔断，既呼应了重庆这座充满烟火气的城市，又为家增添了一抹独特的色彩，就像加州阳光中那一抹热烈的晚霞，令人心动。

The ingenious use of the red element infuses the entire space with enthusiasm and vitality. The red glazed bathtub in the bathroom and the red glass partition in the corridor not only echo the bustling city of Chongqing but also add a unique touch of color to the home, just like the passionate sunset glow in the California sun, captivating the heart.
