设计实景

Design reality

餐厅坐落于村尾的山脚下，平时除了赶羊的人，鲜有村民会在门前走过。建筑在巨大的石头山体的衬托下，显得十分渺小。

Nestled at the village end against the mountain slopes, the restaurant sees little foot traffic beyond occasional herdsmen passing by. The structure appears modest beneath the towering rock face, blending into the rugged landscape.

与明仕田园这片土地总有着无法名状的联系，在一次出差偶遇了这栋单层的烂尾楼，呆呆地杵在村子的最深处，于是便动了改造这栋房子的念头。

Inspired by an unspoken connection to the Mingshi Tianyuan region, the vision for this space sparked during a business trip when I encountered a single-story unfinished building standing solitary at the village’s edge. This sparked the idea of transforming the structure.

Architecture and nature

原建筑为框架结构，但每跨柱网的尺寸均不相同，如果需要在无序的柱网内营造一个有序的空间，则需要寻找一个合适的模数，将空间重新划分，此时厚重的片墙成为一个很合适的语言，在划分空间的同时将客人的视线固定，有目的地去限定客人的视野。明仕田园的山水很美，但如果没有指引地四处张望，再美的景色也无法记录下来，所以需要将眼前的风景“框起来”，建筑形成“画框”，风景成为内容，将客人的视线引导到建筑师希望他看到的焦点上。

The original framework featured an irregular column grid with varying spans. To create order within this chaos, a modular system was introduced, redefining the layout through robust partition walls. These walls not only organize the space but also deliberately guide sightlines, framing specific vistas. While the scenery of Mingshi Tianyuan is breathtaking, its beauty can easily become overwhelming without curated focal points. Thus, the architecture acts as a “picture frame,” directing guests’ gaze to carefully composed views, turning the landscape into a living artwork.

建筑及室内的施工大部分是找了村里的老师傅，虽然竣工的细节有不少不完美的地方，但整体效果几乎达到了预期。而且施工期间，老师傅凭借着自己多年的经验，也给我们提供了很多有价值的意见，在一些难点的解决上也有了不一样的方式。

The construction work for both the architecture and interior was largely carried out by experienced local craftsmen from the village. While the finished details may reveal certain imperfections, the overall outcome has largely met our expectations. Moreover, during the construction process, these seasoned craftsmen drew upon their years of expertise to provide valuable suggestions, offering alternative and often insightful approaches to resolving complex challenges.

一直很喜欢贝聿铭说的 “让光线来作设计” 这句话，本案也将光的引入作为主要的目的。建筑周边除了主要景观面外的环境都不太美观，因此室内多处地方使用了玻璃砖，是希望在形成遮挡的同时将光线引入室内。

The design embraces Ieoh Ming Pei’s philosophy: “Let the light to do the design.” To channel natural light while shielding less desirable surroundings, glass bricks are strategically incorporated, filtering illumination into the interior.

楼梯间则将楼板打开，形成通高的空间，将顶部的光线引入室内深处。

A double-height stairwell carved through the slab draws overhead light deep into the heart of the building.

建筑二层设置了半户外的用餐空间，让客人能更充分地感受季节变化的风和光影，产生能“感触”到的空间体验。

On the second floor, a semi-outdoor dining area invites guests to immerse in seasonal breezes and shifting shadows, creating a tactile experience of space.

二层南侧在围护栏杆的高度设置了一个浅水池，池底铺上黑色火山石渣将池底压暗，形成群山的倒影，也能调节室内的微气候。

To the south of the second floor , a shallow pool lined with dark volcanic gravel reflects the surrounding mountains, enhancing the ambiance while moderating the microclimate.

室内的软装采用新旧结合的搭配，在一些单品选用了以前的各地收集回来修复好的老物品，而主要的餐椅则是用孤品的老椅子去打板复刻。

The interior furnishings blend old and new: unique vintage pieces collected and restored from various regions are paired with main dining chairs replicated from rare antique designs, preserving heritage through contemporary craftsmanship.
