· 光影是美的静默对话 ·
本案秉持三重“共生关系”理念,首重「人与自然」的和鸣共生。
This case adheres to the concept of triple "symbiotic relationship", with the first emphasis on the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
对麓湖而言,与自然共生并非停留在宣言,而是根植于得天独厚的地理禀赋,让“推窗即景”的理想真切可触。设计亦从自然汲取灵感,择取沙色、米色与浅白作为主调。
For Luhu Lake, coexisting with nature is not just a declaration, but rooted in its unique geographical endowment, making the ideal of "opening the window and enjoying the scenery" tangible. The design also draws inspiration from nature, selecting sand, beige, and light white as the main tones.
玄关
步入玄关,浅色如天地初开时的晨光,悄然漫染四壁。
Entering the entrance, the light color, like the morning light at the beginning of the world, quietly permeates the walls.
色彩并非涂抹,而是如气韵自然晕染,沉静中铺展出空间的基底——那是“大美不言”的底色,包容万象,自身却退隐为一片静谧的背景。
Color is not just a painting, but a natural blending of aura, laying the foundation of the exhibition space in tranquility - that is the base color of great beauty without words, accommodating all things, but fading into a peaceful background.
餐厅居于西厨岛台前方,成为空间的焦点。吊灯垂下柔和暖光,将餐桌浸成一方温润的砚。
The restaurant is located in front of the West Kitchen Island, becoming the focal point of the space. The pendant light casts a soft and warm glow, immersing the dining table into a warm inkstone.
白色石材桌面与白色餐椅构成细微的质感之差,银匙与瓷面碰撞,泛起极浅的月晕——让进食颇具仪式和优雅之感。
The subtle difference in texture between the white stone tabletop and the white dining chair creates a faint moonlight when the silver spoon collides with the porcelain surface, giving eating a sense of ceremony and elegance.
餐厅
原来美从不宣告自身,它只在万物间埋下透明的线索,等一次触碰,或一次回眸,来认领这完整的沉默。
Originally, beauty never declares itself, it only buries transparent clues among all things, waiting for a touch or a glance to claim this complete silence.
麓湖的住宅以开阔的窗面邀光入境,一日之间,光线游走于不同的材质表面,产生流动的诗学。
The residential buildings in Luhu invite light through their open windows, and within a day, the light travels across different material surfaces, creating a flowing poetic atmosphere.
客厅
譬如午后近暮,直射的日光渐次柔化,天地间漫起一层晕染万物、亦描摹万物的微光,将空间的质感铺展得深邃而富有层次。
For example, as the afternoon approaches dusk, the direct sunlight gradually softens, creating a layer of faint light that permeates and depicts all things in the world, spreading the texture of the space deeply and richly.
温润的木饰面为墙壁注入呼吸感,柔软的地毯以微漾的绒面舒展着承托之力。
The warm wooden veneer injects a sense of breath into the walls, while the soft carpet stretches its support with a slightly textured surface.
墙上的画作肌理奔放,而对坐的亚麻粗布沙发,则静泊如舟。
The paintings on the wall have a bold texture, while the linen and coarse cloth sofa sitting opposite is still like a boat.
万物静默,却因光的流转生出起伏的韵律——于是,那份闲适与自在,便在这明暗交错间,有了具象的形状。
All things remain silent, yet the flow of light gives rise to undulating rhythms - thus, that leisure and ease take on concrete forms amidst the interplay of light and darkness.
· 融古今生新序 ·
第二重共生,关乎「传统与当代」的对话。
The second symbiosis concerns the dialogue between tradition and modernity.
万华深信最恰当的传承并非复刻,而是以当代的设计语言、工艺与材料,融入东方传统的精神脉络,进行轻盈的解构与重塑。如此,空间既能延续绵长的人文意蕴,亦能与当下的生活呼吸共鸣、共生共长。
Wanhua firmly believes that the most appropriate inheritance is not replication, but the light deconstruction and reshaping of contemporary design language, craftsmanship, and materials, integrated with the spiritual context of Eastern tradition. In this way, space can not only continue the long-lasting humanistic connotation, but also resonate and coexist with the current life.
茶室
茶室之内,茶席席地而设,引人俯身而坐。胡桃木色的茶桌与茶椅静立其间,为这一方空寂注入沉稳的凝神之气。
Inside the tea room, tea tables are set up on the ground, inviting people to bend down and sit. The walnut colored tea table and chairs stand still in between, injecting a calm and focused atmosphere into this empty space.
茶室
指尖轻抚杯沿,触感所及,已不只是陶土的温润边界,更似摩挲着时光的厚度。当茶汤轻啜入口,所品味的亦不止于叶片的醇芳,而是精神如云舒展的欢愉。
Gently caressing the rim of the cup with fingertips, the touch is no longer just the warm boundary of clay, but more like caressing the thickness of time. When tea soup is lightly sipped into the mouth, what is tasted is not only the mellow fragrance of the leaves, but also the joy of spiritual relaxation like clouds.
凝神的时刻,书房显形为物的默想。当心神沉入,万物便褪为清澈的衬景。
At the moment of concentration, the study appears as a contemplation of objects. Beware of the sinking of God, and all things will fade into clear scenery.
书房
于是空间消失,唯余凝视与凝视对象之间,那片完整的寂静。
So the space disappeared, leaving only the complete silence between the gaze and the object of gaze.
· 简中见万象 ·
「简洁与丰富」构成第三重共生之境。
Simplicity and richness constitute the third level of coexistence.
在万华看来,空间的高级感,源自居于其中之人的松弛——它应成为情绪的容器,既能涵容释放,亦能细腻触发,方为至境。
In Wanhuas view, the sense of sophistication in space originates from the relaxation of those who reside within it - it should become a container for emotions, capable of both containing and releasing, as well as delicately triggering, in order to reach the ultimate state.
主卧
主卧床榻以洗练的线条勾勒,赋予休憩以最本真的诚意。摒除浮夸的形态与多余的装饰,整体纯净而素雅。
The master bedroom bed is outlined with refined lines, giving rest the most authentic sincerity. Excluding exaggerated forms and unnecessary decorations, the whole is pure and elegant.
然而,材质本身柔、韧、暖的微妙质感,却悄然唤醒感官,铺展开无穷的舒适与抚慰。
However, the subtle texture of the material itself, which is soft, tough, and warm, quietly awakens the senses and spreads infinite comfort and comfort.
床头柜与灯盏宛若从静谧梦境中析出的静物。
The bedside table and lamp are like still objects emerging from a peaceful dream.
主卫
物的线条在低光中自在延伸、轻轻低语,围合出一方只属于此处的私密与安宁。
The lines of the object extend freely and whisper softly in low light, enclosing a private and peaceful place that belongs only to this place.
客卧是主卧精神的延续,就如同同一棵树,在不同房间里结出另一段安眠的枝桠。
The guest bedroom is a continuation of the master bedroom spirit, just like the same tree growing another sleeping branch in different rooms.
次卧1
雅静的空间底色呼应全案的主旨,即便空间在无人注视时,依旧能自行完成一场温柔的内证。
The background color of Yajings space echoes the main theme of the entire case, and even when no one is watching, the space can still complete a gentle internal demonstration on its own.
即“虚室生白,吉祥止止”。留白的房间会自然生发光明,吉祥福祉便停留于此。
That is to say, When the virtual room turns white, good luck stops.. A room with blank space will naturally emit light, and auspicious blessings will stay here.
全案的浅调并非仅为明亮,更似一片素宣,引光为墨;亦如虚谷,以空纳响。
The shallow tone of the whole case is not just bright, but more like a plain propaganda, guiding light into ink; Like a hollow valley, it absorbs sound with emptiness.

万华用克制的美学引领一种身心皆安的状态,希望空间设计成为引导人的浮躁心灵走向静谧的向导。
