Palmira Art水疗中心的设计理念是酒店的核心——一个能够奠定基调、营造独特氛围的场所。MAD建筑事务所的任务不仅是打造一个功能齐全的水疗中心，更要创造一个集美学、服务和氛围于一体的艺术空间。它并非“附加服务”，而是一个焦点——一个供客人放松、休憩和沉思的静谧之所。

The design concept of Palmira Art Spa is central to the hotel—a space that sets the tone and creates a distinctive atmosphere. MAD Architects mission was not merely to build a fully functional spa, but to craft an artistic space where aesthetics, service, and ambiance converge. It is not an “add-on service,” but a focal point—a tranquil sanctuary where guests can relax, unwind, and reflect.

在这里，功能与美学并非相互冲突，而是相得益彰。SPA空间的设计旨在营造流畅自然的动线：水疗区如波浪般流动，按摩室宛如茧房，而休闲区则给人以私密温馨之感——宛如静谧的场景。

Here, functionality and aesthetics do not clash but complement each other. The spa space is designed to create a fluid, natural flow: the treatment area undulates like waves, massage rooms resemble cocoon-like chambers, while the relaxation zone offers an intimate, cozy atmosphere—like a tranquil scene.

近年来，为应对入境游客需求的增长，我们计划建造一家主要面向外国游客的胶囊旅馆。该旅馆位于东京赤坂见附站前一栋建筑的一楼。

“居家茶室”的概念是指面积仅为一张榻榻米大小的空间，它提炼了日本之美的精髓，同时价格实惠，年轻的客人可以安心享受。

In recent years, to meet the growing demand from inbound tourists, we plan to construct a capsule hotel primarily targeting foreign visitors. Located on the first floor of a building in front of Akasaka-Mitsuke Station in Tokyo, the “Home Tea Room” concept features spaces as compact as a single tatami mat. These spaces distill the essence of Japanese beauty while offering affordable rates, allowing younger guests to relax and enjoy their stay with peace of mind.

客房的设计重点在于将胶囊酒店不可避免的“狭窄”空间转化为舒适宁静的住宿体验。茶室的狭窄空间旨在促进主人与客人之间的亲密交流，而在这里，它被赋予了类似“坐禅”冥想的效果，提供一段静谧的时光，帮助客人恢复内心的平静，暂时隔绝外界的干扰。

The design of the guest rooms focuses on transforming the inevitably “cramped” spaces of capsule hotels into comfortable and tranquil lodging experiences. The narrow confines of the tea room, traditionally designed to foster intimate exchanges between host and guest, are reimagined here to evoke the meditative effects of seated Zen practice. This space offers a quiet interlude, helping guests restore inner peace and temporarily shield themselves from external distractions.
