雕塑般的石膏楼梯取代了原本狭窄的金属螺旋楼梯，这一转变不仅提升了功能性，更为整个空间注入了全新的叙事逻辑。它将不同楼层之间的动线串联成一个完整而连贯的旅程，光滑的材质在高挑空间里与自然光交织，形成随着时间推移而不断变化的诗意画面。墙面的处理展现出设计的克制与智慧，灰泥柔化了砖墙的锋利感，使拱形窗在光影的衬托下成为视觉焦点，让空间的主角真正回归于光。

A sculptural plaster staircase replaces the original narrow metal spiral staircase. This transformation not only enhances functionality but also infuses the space with a new narrative. It connects the circulation between the different floors into a coherent journey. The smooth materials interweave with natural light in the high-ceilinged space, creating a poetic scene that evolves over time. The wall treatment demonstrates restraint and ingenuity. The plaster softens the sharpness of the brick walls, allowing the arched windows to become the visual focal point through the play of light and shadow, truly returning the space to the focus of light.

整体空间的材料与节奏如同一首乐曲，时而舒展，时而收拢，在粗粝与细腻、明亮与静谧之间营造丰富的层次。带有雕塑感的家具如艺术装置般点缀其中，为工业骨架增添了温润与趣味。主浴室以手工瓷砖和独立浴缸构筑宁静的私密领域，客浴则以热石桑拿带来全然放松的体验。设计的核心并非单一的姿态，而是对节奏与氛围的把控，让居住者在日常生活中不断感受到空间的层次与情感的共鸣。

The materials and rhythm of the overall space are like a musical composition, sometimes expanding and sometimes contracting, creating a rich interplay between rough and delicate, bright and serene. Sculptural furniture pieces, like art installations, add warmth and interest to the industrial structure. The master bathroom, with its handmade tiles and freestanding bathtub, creates a tranquil and private sanctuary, while the guest bathroom offers a hot stone sauna for a truly relaxing experience. The core of the design is not a single gesture, but the control of rhythm and atmosphere, allowing residents to constantly feel the layering of space and emotional resonance in their daily lives.
