屈原《橘颂》中的风骨,被悄然砌入这城市高处的空间。业主身为藏家,心系抽象艺术与中古家具,设计师与他初遇便如故友重逢。于是,顶层跃层的宽阔天地,开始低吟一曲清醒独立的灰色诗篇。
The spirit of Qu Yuans "jusong" has been subtly integrated into the lofty spaces of this city. The owner, as a collector, has a passion for abstract art and vintage furniture, and the designer felt like an old friend upon their initial encounter. Thus, the expansive world of the top-floor loft began to whisper a sober and independent gray poem.
灰色,作为空间的定调者。它既是藏家性格的沉静映射,亦是顶层强光的温柔驯服;它如谦逊的舞台,让季大纯的抽象笔触、Kotasch Reist的《red light》等艺术藏品成为绝对主角。
Grey, as the color palettes anchor in space, reflects the calmness of the collectors personality and tames the glare of the top-tier lights. It serves as a humble stage, allowing art treasures such as Ji Dachuns abstract brushstrokes and Kotasch Reists "red light" to become the absolute protagonists.
原封闭楼梯方向生硬,设计师仅将前四步巧妙扭转20度。视觉上楼梯与餐厅瞬间拉出呼吸感,起步点仿佛从容跨越客、餐厅之间。占用空间未增,却消解了楼梯对餐厅的压迫,更赋予空间灵动的韵律。
The original enclosed staircase had a stiff direction, and the designer only cleverly twisted the first four steps by 20 degrees. Visually, the staircase and restaurant instantly create a sense of breathing, and the starting point seems to effortlessly cross between the customer and the restaurant. The occupied space has not increased, but it has relieved the pressure of stairs on the restaurant and given the space a dynamic rhythm.
为化解开放式楼梯的直白,一根印度古董柱应运而生——它非承重结构,却如定海神针般锚定了门厅、楼梯与餐厅的关系。其精雕细琢的古意,与门厅李璟的当代钢笔画《漫长的白日梦和兔子的恶作剧》形成时空激荡。
仿佛闯入一个既私密又荒诞的剧场空间,为理性空间注入诗意与矛盾,东西方文化于此生机交融。
To dispel the straightforwardness of open staircases, an Indian antique column emerged - it is a non load bearing structure, but like a sea anchor, it anchors the relationship between the foyer, staircase, and restaurant. Its finely crafted ancient meaning, combined with Li Jings contemporary pen and ink painting "Long Daydream and Rabbits Mischief" in the lobby, creates a temporal and spatial turbulence. During the process of climbing up the stairs, facing Zhang Jings "Lost Portrait", Ji Dachuns Longan Temple series - Pagoda and Scenic Hanging Stairs - seem to have entered a private and absurd theater space, injecting poetry and contradiction into the rational space, and blending Eastern and Western cultures in this moment.
门厅内,储物间、设备间、更衣室摒弃冗余隔墙,依功能高效串联。这坦诚的开放,正是藏家“使用、合理才是生活根本”理念的空间宣言。

与数百年历史的印度实木柱形成一场跨越时空的材质对话,
东西方文明、古典与先锋、实用与幻想在此碰撞交织,成为“苏世独立”精神最轻盈的注脚。
In the lobby, redundant partition walls are discarded in the storage room, equipment room, and changing room, and they are efficiently connected according to their functions. This frank openness is the spatial declaration of the collectors concept of "use and rationality are the foundation of life". The double row chair designed by Italian designer Giancarlo Piretti in 1965 forms a material dialogue across time and space with centuries old Indian solid wood columns. Eastern and Western civilizations, classical and avant-garde, practicality and fantasy collide and intertwine here, becoming the lightest footnote to the spirit of "Soviet independence".
厨房采用减法,设计全开放式厨房,墙面不见吊柜踪影,仅凭充足地柜便还原了空间的纯粹尺度,干净利落,气度自生。
餐厅西窗曾小且封闭。设计师以顶级85系断桥铝型材,结合三层LOW-E玻璃幕墙,将灼热阳光过滤为温润光影,让公共空间彻底摆脱厚重窗帘的束缚
The owner believes in the principle of "separating useful and useless items, and disposing of useless items if not purchased", so the kitchen adopts subtraction and designs a fully open kitchen. There are no hanging cabinets on the walls, and the space is restored to its pure scale with sufficient cabinets, clean and tidy, and naturally elegant. The western window of the restaurant was once small and closed. The designer uses top-notch 85 series broken bridge aluminum profiles, combined with a three-layer LOW-E glass curtain wall, to filter the scorching sunlight into warm light and shadow, completely freeing public spaces from the constraints of heavy curtains. British designer Matthew Hiltons solid wood cast iron dining table showcases the functional aesthetics of thick and dull wood grain and cold metal bite.

Opening up the south balcony and sunroom, the public area suddenly becomes clear. Two imitation concrete micro cement structural beams lightly divide the dining room, living room, and reading area like a musical lullaby. The function is clear, but the breath still freely travels. The wooden wall in the living room is lined with Kotasch Reists "Red Light", which condenses the visual core in a gray background, creating a profound and continuous artistic conception. Black USM TV cabinet, PK22 chair, CASSINA Maralunga sofa, first generation fiberglass armchair from Imus, and micro cement stair railing and structural beams are woven with industrial black and gray to create a rational and relaxed texture.
阅读区在设计师的坚持下,于两道南北梁间“挤”出一方小小挑空。它不仅成为空间的趣味焦点,更在这高层公寓内破开宝贵的纵向层次,光影自上而下倾泻,建筑感油然而生。工作区大玻璃推拉门内,是英国VITSOEDE
模块书架构筑的宁静绿洲。超强储物藏于松弛美学之下,开合随心,闹中取静。
Under the insistence of the designer, a small gap was squeezed out between the two north-south beams in the reading area. It not only becomes the fun focus of the space, but also breaks through valuable vertical layers in this high-rise apartment, with light and shadow pouring down from top to bottom, creating a strong sense of architecture. Inside the large glass sliding doors of the workspace, there is a peaceful oasis constructed by the VITSOEDE module bookshelf 606 series in the UK. Super strong storage is hidden under the relaxed aesthetics, opening and closing freely, taking stillness amidst chaos.
卧室毫无冗余装饰,功能至上。次卫奶咖色与黑灰地砖碰撞出简洁高级感;主卫则模拟天然灰岩肌理,深沉而质朴。特别在楼梯间与主卫隔墙嵌入两列玻璃砖,引光入暗,让两处空间彼此“光明洞彻”。
The designer has reshaped the logic of the top-level space. The top-level private domain continues the gray tone of the public area, but adds a touch of tranquility. The main area is located in the north, and a functional area is established in the south. The bedroom has no redundant decorations and prioritizes functionality. The collision between the milk coffee color of the second bathroom and the black gray floor tiles creates a simple and high-end feeling; The main guard simulates the natural texture of limestone, deep and simple. Two rows of glass bricks are specially embedded in the stairwell and the main bathroom partition wall to introduce light into darkness, making the two spaces "bright and transparent" to each other.
次卫设计以几何巧思重塑空间逻辑,借由两条精妙斜线,呼应空间连接,将次卫视觉纳入通往客卧的走廊,主客动线泾渭分明
。斜线亦将起居室塑造成舒适多边形,巧妙化解通道过宽对围合感的稀释,并与下方挑空形成心理互动轴线
与季大纯《拿什么拯救你,我的爱情》并置,当代艺术与中古家具共构出一幅跨越半世纪的文化拼图。
The design of the secondary satellite uses geometric ingenuity to reshape the spatial logic, and through two exquisite diagonal lines, echoes the spatial connection, incorporating the secondary satellite into the corridor leading to the guest bedroom, with a clear distinction between the main and guest lines. The diagonal line also shapes the living room into a comfortable polygon, cleverly resolving the dilution of the enclosed feeling caused by the wide passage, and forming a psychological interaction axis with the empty space below. The German Vitsoe 620 sofa transforms into a touchable relaxation here, juxtaposed with Ji Dachuns "What to Save You, My Love", contemporary art and medieval furniture together form a cultural puzzle spanning half a century.
设计师以灰色空间为无框展墙,让每件收藏的家具成为自主的艺术存在。每一处转折、碰撞与交融,皆是对清醒心智与不随流俗的当代致敬——这并非冰冷的容器,而是一座有风骨的精神灯塔,矗立于城市喧嚣之上。
This residence is the externalization of the collectors spirit. The designer used gray as paper, structure as pen, and art as soul to write a spatial poem of "Su Shis independence, horizontal but not flowing" at the top level. Every turning point, collision, and fusion is a tribute to a clear mind and a contemporary spirit that does not conform to convention - this is not a cold container, but a spiritual lighthouse with integrity, standing above the hustle and bustle of the city.
